This page provides general website information for KATMALEX. It is written for the current static version of the website and should be reviewed if tracking, analytics, online payments or a server-side contact-form provider are added later.
Privacy
The current website does not use a server-side contact form. When you submit one of the project forms, the website prepares an email in your own email application addressed to alexandra@katmalex.com. The information is therefore sent through your chosen email provider rather than stored by this website.
Information you send by email may be used to review your enquiry, respond to you, discuss a potential commercial relationship and keep relevant business correspondence. Please avoid sending confidential technical or commercial information until an appropriate confidentiality arrangement is in place where required.

Content on this website is provided for general business information and does not by itself constitute a binding quotation, offer, guarantee, supplier approval, exclusivity commitment or contractual obligation.
Commercial terms, pricing, specifications, commissions, delivery responsibilities, quality requirements and other project conditions are agreed separately in written quotations, purchase documents or signed agreements applicable to each project.
Third-party manufacturers, suppliers, logistics providers and buyers remain independent businesses. Any specific verification, audit, inspection or logistics scope should be confirmed in writing for the relevant project.
